Ashby Acres LLC, situated just minutes from downtown New Albany and Louisville has been dedicated to cultivating locally grown vegetables, fruits, flowers and eggs since its founding in 2009. Originating from a small garden, our passion for growing food blossomed, leading us to transition from urban living to rural Floyd County, where we aim to share high-quality, locally sourced products with our community.

All of our crops are cultivated from the highest quality seeds and bulbs. We specialize in growing a variety of flowers, vegetables, fruits, and eggs.

Our cultivation methods incorporate organic practices, natural techniques, no-till farming, unheated greenhouses, hoop houses and row covers. We provide a free range environment for our chickens and ducks, ensuring they receive premium feed and care, as they are an integral part of our farm.

Our commitment is to deliver superior quality products to our community. We consume what we grow, which underscores our dedication to quality and nutrition. We continuously seek ways to improve our farming methods and enhance our product quality.

We take pride in being members of Indiana Grown, and our farm is officially registered with the state of Indiana. We have completed courses with Purdue University/Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training and are GAP certified. Where can you find our products? April through October you can find us every Saturday at the New Albany Farmers Market from 8 am to 12 pm.

Through out the week we will open our farm stand at 2480 Budd Road.
